The Account Analysts Manager position is responsible for enabling revenue growth for the North American Sales organization. This position works closely with national Account Managers, practice personnel, Team Leads, and vendor representatives. The role is critical as it provides important and timely information to support our client’s satisfaction.

Essential Duties

  • Manage team of Account Analysts for Account Management
  • Ensure client needs are met
  • Ensure analysts are engaging our clients with our marketing and thought leadership
  • Ensure analysts are driving growth
  • Schedule and prioritize projects
  • Ensure that Account Analysts are engaging with our Enterprise initiatives
  • Ensure data projects meet requirements and are completed on schedule
  • Manage relationship with Account Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations and Pipeline Development managers in U.S.
  • Provide input/feedback on employee performance to assist with annual performance goals and achievements
  • Develop and deliver data projects upon request submitted by Account Managers, Practices and Sales Operations
  • Data projects will consist of:
  • Using external and internal tools to gather and enter relevant data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Identify additional contacts at companies
  • Research companies background and technical architecture
  • Monitor companies for relevant changes
  • Monitor companies for relevant “information releases”
  • Enhance existing dossiers with research
  • Creating and running pipeline reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Researching industry and vertical markets
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) and 5+ years of experience working in an account management capacity.

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Experience with Account Management
  • Experience with remote selling
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including creating and running reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with either NetSuite or Microsoft GP, BC (Business Continuity)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to research, analyze, and interpret information required
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated required

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience working in Account Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience creating List Bumps and List Pulls in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience creating and running reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience using ZoomInfo to gather and enter relevant data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
