About The Role:

Are you passionate about building modern, cloud-based data & analytics solutions to meet the complex needs of the world’s largest enterprises? ThoughtSpot is looking for a Senior Product Manager to inform the strategic direction of the analyst-focused expansion of the ThoughtSpot platform. 

Product Managers at ThoughtSpot help define the product vision and execute the roadmap. You are responsible for ensuring we deliver high-quality products on time. You understand the larger business goals and craft a product strategy that enables them. You know how to create products that are easy for novice users to use and powerful enough for experts to live in.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead product strategy for your team’s focus area to improve data prep & visualizations across the ThoughtSpot platform.
  • Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with Designers, Architects, and Engineering Leads.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and make sure the product meets their needs.
  • Develop consensus among stakeholders for product strategies and initiatives.
  • Facilitate customer and field involvement in collecting product feedback and driving it to actionable follow-up.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to effectively bring new features to market.

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience.
  • Experience working on data or analytics products.
  • Technical depth working with modern data stack tooling and/or other analytical processing systems is desirable.
  • Metrics oriented, data-driven, and analytical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders to get the desired result.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive leadership to drive outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
