The Secondary Packaging Division of ProMach has an exciting new Marketing Manger position that will be responsible for managing the development, production, and implementation of creative marketing communication tactics and materials that supports the strategic direction and business growth of three divisions within ProMach. This role requires an energetic high-level thinker who is comfortable developing and delivering effective creative solutions and materials for a complex group of businesses through traditional and non-traditional communication channels. This position must possess a high level of creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This position has both strategic and tactical aspects and the successful incumbent needs to be able to shift between high-level thinking and getting into the weeds, when necessary.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the marketing plan that aligns with each brand’s business objectives for new equipment sales and aftermarket business development.
  • Lead the collaboration with sales and operational leadership teams to define customer profiles to target and engage.
  • Identify new and traditional marketing channels that will be successful at engaging target audiences. (ex: Digital advertising, PPC, Geo-fencing, IP targeting, etc.)
  • Lead discussions with internal subject matter experts to develop content that increases brand awareness, differentiates our solutions in the market, builds trust within our industry, and engages the target audience to act.
  • Lead content development with outside industry/agency/vendor relationships for advertising, press relations, graphics, videography, imagery, and website development.
  • Lead initiatives that will drive market traffic and participation to various industry trade shows and events (in-person or virtually).
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget that executes your marketing plan efficiently.

Tactical Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update digital content for social media accounts, website pages, sales presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Capture and edit video and image assets for company solutions and initiatives as needed.
  • Create and execute digital campaigns through our digital automation platform.
  • Managing industry trade show and events logistics.
  • Record and organize KPIs of various marketing initiatives for monthly reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years in a marketing leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems, preferably within Salesforce.
  • Proficient in content management and web-based analytics systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of YouTube and LinkedIn best practices and paid campaigns.
  • Able to travel up to 25%. Will be able to work remotely in a hybrid role, based on candidate’s location to our Brenton facility located in Alexandria, MN.

Preferred Experience (not required):

  • Creative Adobe Suite: Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, and/or Premiere Pro
  • Social Media Management Platforms (Preferably Hootsuite)
