Amazon Air is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) with excellent leadership skills and a strong record of delivering results who will own and execute strategic, ambiguous, and cross-functional projects across the Global AIR network. The team is comprised of leaders who are passionate about building the roadmap to enable Amazon Air to scale the business, drive innovation, and accelerate sustainability. The Sr. PM will enable implementation of Program Management Office (PMO) best practices, scope large projects, track project timelines, and develop mechanisms for communicating to senior management on status, risks, and business challenges. The Sr. PM will own implementing and governing a common set of PMO processes and supporting tools for managing the AIR portfolio of high visibility programs to enable efficient operating rhythm of the AIR organization including: managing executive business reviews, cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation, management of project scope, and granular focus on project financials. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
