Application Support team providing the tier 3 support (3rd level support) and use your expertise to recommend technical solutions for LSEG

products and services.

Our products and services are actively running 24 hours/day and we have customers in 190+ countries around the globe accessing our

service all the time. We provide tremendous amount of data with lowest latency to our customers. Joining our team will open opportunities to

learn and gain real experience in many technologies, especially in Cloud and API platform, and service management for the global scale

infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate software functionalities problems raised by customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with development teams, products management in US and UK to resolve product technical problems.
• Work with customer support teams, content operation teams in multiple countries to find a solution for customer issues.
• Provide immediate technical assistance to global service operation teams for major service outage and aim to rectify and recover the service.
• Provide expertise recommendation to service improvement, software verification and release.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or programming / scripting (Python, Java, SQL), REST API
• Experience in Open source tools (Kafka, Elasticsearch, Kibana) is nice to have.
• Strong experience in software development or support.
• Strong English communication.
• Flexible to work with colleagues in different countries and time zones.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
