ABOUT THE ROLE

Purpose of the role:

As Supply Process Improvement Manager you will establish, embed, and continuously improve the BAU processes and drive Continuous improvement agenda within Eastern Europe Supply Chain in line with Eastern Europe Strategy.

Top Accountabilities:

  • Lead process optimization and automation initiatives (PBI, etc.) covering EE Supply processes to reduce non-value added work
  • Support running process implementations in S&OP, Brand change and Innovation and new process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate Planning KPI reporting, root cause analysis and action planning (Service, Demand Planning KPIs, Market Brand change & Innovation); implement new KPIs where necessary
  • Drive understanding of Demand planning & IBP performance for the top segment vs building blocks
  • Run various reports to identify gaps in APO related to demand, brand change & innovations and drive improvement with respective teams
  • Implement and maintain monthly consumption tracking with insights on over/under sales
  • Carry out ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, flag and mitigate risks 

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning or Finance.
  • Good understanding of the supply chain and logistics - structure, processes, critical metrics.
  • Good understanding of management reporting, cost structure in supply chains.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with large amounts of information and data.
  • Experience with IT systems in Supply Chains - analytical models, Anaplan, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing and partner engagement skills. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset, drive for change
