We are in search of an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Technical Recruiter Lead to join our team. In addition to spearheading our technical recruiting efforts, you will take on a pivotal role in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing our overall People Experience, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and advancing our team. Your responsibilities will extend to leading efforts to build our local market branding as a prominent tech employer, utilizing creative strategies to attract and recruit top talent in the industry (it may be inclusive of local market employer branding, university recruiting, in partnership with marketing, engineering teams and our internal TA & Experience team, etc.)

What you'll do:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Team collaborator, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent with the overall team.
  • Strong collaboration with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and establish recruiting priorities, while building strong relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
  • Actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing our overall People Experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and overall people efforts to advance our team.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for diversity and inclusion in recruiting practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align recruiting efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Partner and collaborate with global stakeholders for managed projects, processes, SME partnerships, and much more.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful recruiting teams, although this is an IC role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible to participate in our equity incentive program and will also receive our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:

$140,000—$180,000 USD
