Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

 Quality Control

I. Follow up ISO9001 procedure.

II. Achieve ISO9001 Goal and Target 

III. Do data analysis and work for internal, management review and external audit.

IV. Reply to customer concern and complaint.

 Forwarding/Transportation management

I. Economic ship mode selection ZV14 set up in source control.

II. Special shipping instruction to forwarder by business needs.

III. Forwarding performance management.

IV. Freight control

V. DMF standard cost review

VI. DDR shipping routing review

VII. Abnormal shipments handling

 Shipping coordination and control

I. Truck arrangement

II. Delivery coordination

III. Truck freight

IV. Abnormal/special shipment handling

 Inventory management

I. Push out dead and aging stock.

II. Quality holding goods.

III. Scrap process

IV. Continuous counting control.

 Vendor Management

I. Warehouse vendor annual review

II. New vendor creation

III. SSU maintenance.

IV. Quarterly performance review

V. 

VI. Price deviation reporting by every 2 years.

Requirements

 Bachelor of business or Logistics or related field.

 At least 3 years related working experience.

 Willing to work in an English-speaking MNC environment.

 Good stability and excellent interdepartmental communication skills.

 Ethics and values, customer focus, active innovation and problem solving, time management in daily schedule and workflow process, Patience, communication and organized.

 Effective cope with change, carefulness in accuracy, functional & technical knowledge & skill to do the job.
