As a Regional Marketing Manager, responsible for Latin America, you will be part of the global marketing organization for the Water Line of Business. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing marketing programs and initiatives in the Latin America region. You will work with key internal stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that involve multiple communication channels, such as email and direct mail, advertising, social media, tradeshow/conferences, among others. Leveraging in-house content and expertise from the global marketing organization, this role will work in close partnership with the regional sales and commercial teams to drive revenue growth in the Latin America region.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the regional marketing strategy, responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing marketing programs and initiatives to support the commercial organization.
  • Develop regional marketing plans, in close partnership with the global marketing organization and regional sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Design, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns with an external marketing agency, considering language, local norms and market nuances.
  • Develop clear goals and monitor campaign performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Review material translation to Portuguese and Spanish for both print and digital media.
  • Manage budgets for marketing to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage literature revisions and the development of new literature pieces.
  • Assist in the management of trade show preparation and presence.
  • Manage the development and implementation of region-specific customer communications.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics of ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and manage social media engagement strategies.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events such as product launches, sales meetings, distributor meetings, trade shows, and webinars to engage customers and generate leads.
  • Understand country-specific regulatory requirements, ensuring marketing materials are aligned with key regulatory parameters. 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication related field.
  • Experience in a similar Business-to-Business Marketing role, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role responsible for the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritizing and managing multiple projects at one time. 
  • Strong technical and market knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate and resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong/advanced presentation skills; ability to present and explain product information to all audiences
  • Proven ability to work in and lead teams which are highly matrixed, cross functional and technical.
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications–with strong/advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

Hybrid Work (will require to be in the Sao Paolo office at least 1-4 times per month)
