What you’ll be able to do: 

Utilize economic and statistical techniques to analyze data and results. Predict automobile market conditions and prescribe optimal business plans for management and operations. Develop data-driven approaches to better understand and optimize automobile sales, mobility services, logistics, and/or risk analysis. Utilize various statistical models and operations research such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series Models, and Bootstrapping. Perform programming in the creation of tables and graphs to provide insights and guide decisions. Develop and maintain documentation that includes description of economic methodologies as well as programs such as Python and R.

You'll have... 

• Requires a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in economics, statistics, computer science, engineering or a related field and 1 year of experience in the position offered or 1 year of experience working in the automobile industry.
• Also requires 1 year of experience performing data management in a quantitative field, including machine learning, Hadoop and Python
• Employee reports to office in Dearborn, MI. Position may work from home but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

We are offering a salary of $93,374 to $175,275 per year.
