About the Team

Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working in the Customer Communications Marketing team, you'll be responsible for the planning and execution of crucial comms to our existing customers. You’ll work in partnership with the Go-To-Market, sales and product teams as well as the wider Marketing team to contribute to our strategy. It’s a very exciting time in the Marketing team and this role provides an opportunity to really make a difference to the MYOB brand.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for crafting and deploying comms on a variety of topics to a broad cohort of customers. You’ll be part of a team of expert campaign marketing managers who deliver concise, creative and critical information to our customers through multi-channel campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • You are a results driven marketing professional with tangible measured success in retention and expansion marketing.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce CRM or HubSpot or similar
  • Ability to lead and influence through strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of key marketing communication principles
  • A strong focus on the customer experience
  • Excellent knowledge of each step in the process of creating communications, from the briefing process, through to copywriting, creative, production and overall project management
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to deadlines and deliverables
  • Experience in financial services and/or SaaS is desired
