As an HR Partner here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in the hiring process, coach and train leaders on hiring methods and practices, and associated responsibilities
  • Cooperate with Compensation and Benefits team, know local market practice and Honeywell policy and be able to advise managers
  • Act as coach, trainer and mentor for leaders while using Honeywell tools, processes, and policies; advise on business structures and help to enable structural changes
  • Lead HR projects at a country and local level; Implement global, country and local processes and policies
  • Provide reporting and data analytics to support effective business decisions

Key skills and qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in HR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of English and Czech language
  • Very good computer literacy (MS Office)
