Completion of a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellowship.

Required License/Registration/CertificationBoard certified certification in Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Currently licensed, or eligibility for license, to practice medicine within the state of Kentucky.

Job SummaryThe University of Kentucky Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, in collaboration with UK Healthcare, in Lexington, Kentucky is recruiting a Division Chief for Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The successful candidate must be committed to excellence in clinical care as well as teaching, administration, and professional development.
