Role description:
Arcadis is currently seeking a Entry Level Civil Engineer to provide support on environmental remediation and demolition projects. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA or Reno, NV and will require regional and country wide travel.
You will be responsible for assisting in managing significant construction projects, construction planning and field support. This position requires the ability to work independently, comfortable in a construction environment, and willingness to be in the field 90% - 100% of the time. Overnight travel are 2-week rotations on average.
The role sits within our global business area Resilience Environment. We work to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations. The hiring start for this position will be in June 2024.
Role accountabilities:
This is a full-time opportunity for a dynamic candidate looking for career growth in construction services. In this role, the candidate will assist with managing day-to-day activities on large construction/remediation projects. This includes project planning and costing, professional interaction with clients, preparing field repots, and communicating staffing needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills are also required for field reports and spreadsheets in the field.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $78,000 / year.
