The Department of Mathematics in the College of Arts and Sciences at Texas A&M University anticipates an opening for an Academic Professional Track position beginning in fall semester 2024. This is a full-time non-tenure track teaching position with a 9-month academic appointment, at the title of lecturer. Faculty in lecturer positions are expected to teach four courses per semester.
The applicant must have a Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field and significant teaching experience at the college/school level in the field or in a related field.
For full consideration, applications should be received by March 15, 2024. Applicants should post a CV, Personal statement to include philosophy and plans for teaching, research, and service as applicable, and arrange to have three confidential letters of recommendation posted in Interfolio.
