Job Description

Join the Product Operations team in Premium Services, responsible for ensuring the continuous delivery of Wix’s Premium products to users. You will support end-to-end processes and platforms responsible for selling, delivering, and optimizing Wix’s value proposition. In your day-to-day, you’ll:

• Manage the operational aspects of delivering Premium plans to users and any supporting services that we deploy
• Provide hands-on support for services in production, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure seamless user experiences
• Act as a product specialist, guiding internal users (Wix employees) through our Premium Services' back-office systems
• Proactively identify areas where our product operations framework can be enriched and expanded
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, streamline processes, and create process documentation
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, analysts, QA specialists, and the Operations teams to implement solutions and optimize services for our users

Qualifications

• 1+ years until expected graduation
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning new technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You’re not intimidated by tough challenges and producing high-quality solutions is important to you
• You’re an independent learner with the ability to lead projects from start to finish

We’re the Wix’s Premium Services team. We’re in charge of all of Wix’s Premium users. We own the most critical path in the user journey where they decide to pay for Wix’s services. Our mission is to base all of our financial relationships with our users on exceptional Premium products. We sell, deliver, and build the platforms that serve all of Wix’s business. We have a direct impact on the success of Wix and it’s a responsibility we take seriously.
