Marketing Executive - Your future position?

As a Marketing Executive with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavour industry, you will develop and implement marketing efforts in order to ensure Givaudan's leading position within the country. In this exciting role you also will:

  • Engage with sales and technical teams, providing marketing supports (proactive & reactive) to strengthen Givaudan business (building the pipelines and maximizing the win rate).
  • Identify needs and opportunities through external and internal analysis.
  • Lead Marketing efforts to commercialize new technologies and products to drive profitable growth, through partner-ing with Technical, Sales and RCM &/or RPM.
  • Engage on customer briefs and marketing requests, where appropriate.
  • Plan, coordinate and executes key local customers visit in relation to marketing activities.
  • Ensure local Marketing activity is consistent with Flavour Division Branding & Positioning. Build Givaudan Brand in the local market.
  • Become local category expert, through analysis of consumer trends and insights, new launches and competitive landscape.
  • Develop solid understanding of local customer brands and local market dynamics.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree any major, preferably from Food Technology or Marketing.
  • 3 years’ experience in similar position, preferably with international company with matrix organisations.
  • Know how or experience of B2C Marketing (FMCG in F&B preferred).
  • Good English communication skill.
  • A creative thinker who can translate insights into relevant and actionable concepts.
  • Passionate about Food & Beverages, about flavour with a heightened olfactory sense.
  • Proactive, independent multi-tasker who wants to collaborate and learn together with teams.
