Data Analytics & BI Specialist

You will be working as Data Analytics & BI Specialist and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Project Planning & Control Manager and will be responsible for evaluating business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. Developing end-to-end business intelligence framework for online product(s) and SAAS solutions based on requirements that includes recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises or cloud), analytics and reporting.

Your responsibilities

• Designing new dashboards, identifying the right metrics and layout; building dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing on going reports
• Executing quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights
• Analyzing reports and identifying areas where improvements can be made
• Managing bugs for troubleshooting the reporting environment
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes

Your background

• BE or any Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in data analytics
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Power Bi, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Knowledge on SQL query, R and Python
• Functional knowledge in Finance and Operations
