WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Performing call monitoring and providing trend data.
• Providing feedback to engagement centre agents.
• Preparing and analysing quality reports for management staff review.
• Participating in designing of QA monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Using QA results to compile and track performance at team and individual level.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in German and an advanced level in English.
• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar position.
• Adaptability to change and flexibility in adjusting priorities as needed.
• Good analytical skills and customer focus.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
