Our job
- To setup , change-over, control process, troubleshoot or repair machines or mold-dies maintenance. Perform Preventive maintenance, planned maintenance to ensure machine and mold-die in good condition.
- Implement daily machine maintenance and repair to be done in a timely and efficient manner/Thực hiện bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa khuôn đúc hàng ngày để đáp ứng sản xuất theo đúng thời gian và hiệu quả
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on the machine, mold and report to Sr Technician/Engineer when in difficulties/ Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố sản xuất, sửa chữa và báo cáo cho Kỹ thuật viên cấp cao/Kỹ sư khi gặp khó khăn.
- Assist Senior Technician/Engineer to ensure the overall mold effective efficiency and schedule adhere to meet Section’s goal./Hỗ trợ Kỹ thuật viên cấp cao/Kỹ sư để đảm bảo hiệu quả tổng thể của khuôn và tuân thủ lịch trình để đáp ứng mục tiêu của sản xuất
- Work closely with Sr Technician/Engineer to carry out repairing and maintenance works, improve the structure of mold. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Kỹ thuật viên cấp cao/Kỹ sư để thực hiện công việc sửa chữa và bảo dưỡng, cải tiến về kết cấu khuôn.
Requirements
- Good knowledge in problem solving and QC tools/Có kiến thức về xử lý sự cố và công cụ QC, 4M
- Be able to read technical drawings & mold/Có thể đọc bản vẽ và khuôn
- Good knowledge at injection molding processes, machine (Sodic, Sumitomo, Fanuc...)/Có kiến thức về quá trình đúc nhựa, máy đúc
- Standards, instructions creation skills/ Có kỹ năng lập quy trình và hướng dẫn
- Training skills and make report skill/ Có kỹ năng đào tạo và lập báo cáo
