The Role:
A Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for creating user experience by designing and implementing end user productivity, collaboration, and project management tools. The engineer will be responsible to maintain on premise and cloud infrastructure at scale. He will work with all the stakeholders to collect business or technology requirement and delivering the technology outcomes
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agile innovative solutions on the cloud and on premise to improve user productivity and engagement.
- Should work on modern technology that allows standardisation, improving customer experience and optimisations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements, create project plans and work with stakeholders to complete the project.
- Identify and implement standard tool sets to reduce complexity and support operational goals for increasing automation across the enterprise.
- Work closely with multiple businesses and technology teams on technical challenges and process improvements.
- Develop processes and procedures to integrate multiple computing and collaboration environments at scale.
- Good to be certified in ITIL, TOGAF, Agile (one of them).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid Peer-to-Peer training and leadership skills.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 4+ years designing and implementing end user computing solutions in a cloud first environment. Azure AD, JAMF, Intune, AWS, Google Workspace etc.
- 4+ years implementing and administering Azure Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
- 4+ Years in integrating and implementing Collaboration solutions into corporate environments like ZOOM, Gmail, Microsoft Teams.
- Decent understanding of cloud technologies and automation focused on end user computing solutions. Scripting and Automation experience with PowerShell, Python, etc.
- Deep understanding of supporting a remote first, cloud first, end user computing environment.
- Deep understanding of Windows and MacOS best practices (Deployment, Security, Patching).
- Advanced end user computing hardware troubleshooting skills ( Windows laptops\desktops, MacBooks, iOS\Android mobile device).
Good to have:
- Azure AZ-900
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
