The Role

Acts in an advisory capacity to the Nordic Managing Director, provides insight and analysis to run the business. Facilitates the business unit management review processes and system. Provides a broad range of operational support to the Country Managing Director, including: revenue and profit performance analysis, non-sales incentive support, productivity analysis, account growth and erosion analysis, financial performance gaps, and key initiatives. Previous experience in or knowledge of Business Operations is welcome.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Advisory Role: As an advisor to the Nordic Managing Director, you'll provide invaluable insight and analysis to guide business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Operational Support: From revenue and profit analysis to managing non-commercial operational aspects, you'll oversee a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to driving business success.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments, fostering a culture of transparency, growth, and accountability.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Run the Country management system and stand-in for the Country MD where applicable, overseeing reviews, strategies, and more.
  • Manage financial operations, including P/L analysis and cost management, while driving business process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead strategic planning exercises and transformation projects aligned with the overall objectives of the Strategic Markets.

Qualifications We're Seeking:

  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing financial operations, including P&L analysis and revenue recognition. At least 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Expertise in using data-driven methods to inform decisions and drive meaningful insights.
  • Business Process Improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.

Soft Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing. Proficient knowledge of the English language is required. Proficiency in any Nordic language is preferable.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on offering creative solutions.
  • Self-Drive and Proactivity: Demonstrated leadership and initiative, with the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative Approach: Strong interpersonal skills, fostering productive working relationships across departments.
