The Role: Inside Sales Associate
We are looking for a Inside Sales Associate to be part of our Sales Support team.
What will you do?
- Quote Creation / Revision from Partners and End-user requests using defined tools and processes
- Salesforce BFO Opportunity Creation for Sales Pipeline
- Coordinate with Order Management to ensure Purchase Orders are booked and delivered
- Raise Support Request for major projects
- Participate in Weekly/Monthly Meetings with stakeholders
- Accounts and Contacts Creation in Salesforce BFO and Oracle
- Salesforce BFO Sales Pipeline Updates / Clean-up
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferrably with Salesforce BFO Experience
- Can work under pressure
- Gives attention to details
- Able to manage priorities to ensure SLA are met
- Good communication skills to be able to efficiently work with stakeholders
- Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
