About the role:
The Director of Landscaping is responsible for effectively leading the landscaping department who maintain the landscapes around the property and to also lead the department that maintains the company’s vehicles. The Director of Landscaping is responsible for developing and managing the department’s budget, planning, execution, hiring and training. The qualified candidate must have a passion for horticulture that enhances the guests’ experience.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering the best in class service and can inspire the same results in their team. Must be able to take direction and follow through on assignments. This is an excellent position for someone interested in advancing their skills in leadership and Four Seasons standards.
