Multi-product, multi-version, multi-platform, with in-depth knowledge of the products technical implementation in a complex enterprise organisation
5+ years of proven IBM MQ Administration experience
Expert level knowledge in design, installation, configuration, fixpack upgrade, and administration of IBM MQ & BRK
Expert level knowledge in deploying and configuring highly available IBM MQ solutions (RDQM, MQHA with VCS and Pacemaker etc)
SSL certificate management experience
Problem solving / analytical skills, tools, and techniques with experience in troubleshooting MQ issues as well as other complex MQ & Broker performance issues
Detailed knowledge of Linux & Windows OS administration is essential
Experience working or integrating with Apache Kafka, Amazon MQ, Active MQ and Solace
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferable DevOps Pipelines and Ansible)
Understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Experience with change management processes and tools (preferably ServiceNow)
Ability to work, learn new applications, and resolve issues quickly.
Ability to clearly document and explain symptoms and solutions to complex problems.
