About the role

We are looking for a Senior Partner Sales Executive to lead our business in Ukraine. Your main responsibility will be to engage with our large accounts and look for opportunities in areas where we can add value for our customers. You will be working and supporting the SISW Partner network throughout the sales cycle ensuring appropriate resources are provided to drive software sales and revenue of the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) portfolio. You will work with the partners to help develop business within the Small to Large sized Enterprises, with a focus on developing a value proposition in your selected top accounts.

This position is based in Kyiv Ukraine, and we offer flexible working. As this is a sales position, we will provide you with the flexibility to manage your own time, however, we would expect you to travel to Partner and Customers sites on a regular basis.

Area of responsibility

  • Build relationships with our Partner network. Provide them with mentorship and guidance on good practices for territory planning, effective development of account plans and maintenance of the sales pipeline, enable them to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities,
  • Lead and implement industry focused, consultative and value selling engagements (typically large to enterprise-size companies) through productive business relationships with customers and prospects,
  • Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals,
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and planning,
  • Support Partners in developing skills so that they can identify the most appropriate software solutions for potential customers,
  • Help Partners to resolve contract issues prior to contract negotiations and set priorities on critical issues,
  • Represent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectations. Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).

Your qualifications

  • Direct sales experience with a track record of sales success.
  • Experience in B2B Software / technology sales,
  • Experience in sales of PLM / CAD / CAM /CAE systems or other engineering/manufacturing software systems is highly desirable.
  • Good eye for business foresight in handling forecasts and targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent local language, Russian and English
  • Collaborative, (collaboration with partners is the key in the role, rather than direct sales), determined, with attention to detail, thoroughness, and high level of accountability,
  • A passion for sales, with a “never give up” mentality. Have an ability to have fun while exceeding your targets.
