How you'll make an impact

We are hiring an FP&A Finance Manager for our Gallagher Bassett team!

Concentrated on optimizing financial success, partners with both field operations and Senior Management to deliver meaningful insights around financial strategy, working closely with Leadership in budget creation and cost management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing financial analytics to drive business decisions that maximize financial value.
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue expansion, margin enhancements and expense opportunities and implement with business leaders.
  • Driving efficiencies in the cost base through analysis of key expense drivers: Providing insightful reporting, analysis and KPIs to optimize financial performance; and Managing budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Works with Finance Leadership in monitoring against overall long-term strategic plans and to ensure strong financial controls are in place.
  • Develops, coaches and manages Finance staff, working as a senior level coach to mentor and execute on key projects promoting continual growth and improvement among members of the team.
  • May support corporate function(s) and/or divisional operations for a given region.

About you

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • FP&A, Investment Banking or Accounting background.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree preferred.
