Role and Responsibilities

Job Description: The role of the Operations Coordinator is to support the Coaches and Operations Leadership in their markets through specific deliverables and measurables, reporting directly to the COO. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for upholding PDQ standard operating procedures and being a PDQ culture champion, while focusing on the development and training of new rollouts through teach backs and in-store check-ins. All Operations Coordinators will be measured based on deliverables outlined. Outlined below is a broad view of the responsibilities and qualifications for an Operations Coordinator. This role includes, but is not limited to the items on this list.

  • Location Visits in Market. Each store will be visited a minimum of two times per month.
  • Follow operations checklist and record findings/details throughout each visit.

  • Physical Plant
  • Uniforms
  • Station Procedures
  • Training Compliance
  • Coop Module Completions
  • Meet with the ISTC on training initiatives, new hire check-ins, onboarding completion, etc.
  • Follow up on compliance training
  • On-site safe/cash audit as outlined by checklist.
  • Tender Quality Control audit
  • Refunds in point of sale audit
  • Administrative tasks
  • Upkeep of the Manager Smartsheet
  • Serv Safe
  • Safety and Security
  • EcoSure
  • Health department inspections
  • Follow reporting of Key Metrics for each location given by Operations Leadership
  • Support and observation of key initiatives through visits and communication.
  • Lead Store Teach backs and Rollouts
  • New menu items
  • New Operational and Training initiatives:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position for PDQ.
  • Ability to travel within market and out of market if necessary up to 5 days a week.
  • Strong working knowledge of all PDQ systems including but not limited to:
  • Fourth ATS and Onboarding, Hotschedules, Timeclock etc.
  • Revel: back office and terminal
  • Restaurant 365
  • The Coop
  • Expert understanding of PDQ recipes and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to organize and lead training sessions and rollout meetings.
  • Has experience in training and developing teams.
  • Has a passion for upholding PDQ Quality standards.
  • Is a champion for PDQ Culture, living by the PDQ purpose.
