Service Express is looking for a talented professional who wants the opportunity to serve as a ServiceNow Admin for our organization. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a proven track record of implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions. The ServiceNow Administrator will play a key role in the design, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform to support various business needs and workflows. 

Here’s what this position is all about:

  • Administer, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Configuration Management.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage user access and permissions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates, and evaluate new features and functionalities for implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. 

What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including configuring workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, and AngularJS.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tools is a plus.
