Coordinating as project lead with cross-multi functional team members both Thailand and Regional/Global team to make sure that all parties are engaged, share requirement, execute their tasks as per project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Regularly set-up a meeting with project team members or other meeting/workshop as required to identify and resolve issues, including preparation of project documentation such as (but not limited to);
Project Kick-off
Project status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Business requirement document/Functional requirements/Use case/Flow chart
Test Case/Test Script/Test Data Preparation
Deployment Document considering change management to other parties.
User Guide/Manual
Create and review project documents, changes and assess impact/gap analysis to business which may lead to system change request and drive change through change request document.
Review, plan, prepare test data, and execute UAT Testing on system End-to-End and report issue/bug through tool provided such as Microsoft Azure Dev/Ops or JIRA equivalent.
Ensure that UAT testing is done within schedule and with an acceptable delivery that meets business needs.
Support and Manage change management process, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, UAT, Sanity testing and hyper-care support (which may happen out of working hour)
Managing backlog of change requests, including documentation, testing and lead the process to ensure changes are delivered within an agreed timeline.
Provide training to others on new solutions as needed.
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields with IT Project experience on CRM.
5-10 years of experience in software development / project management / IT project delivery
A knowledge of CRM Solutions and Retails would be an advantage.
Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen, be adaptive and good in building relationships with business users.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, good in connecting multiple layouts of operations.
