We are looking for Senior Digital Testing Engineer to join the Autonomous Drive System Integration and Testing team. 

This position will be part of a dynamic crew that test, measure and maintain the performance and quality of complex heterogeneous computing systems that power automotive products used in self-driving cars. We are looking for a senior test Engineer to develop and execute autonomous drive digital tests to ensure self-driving car SW/HW stack meet high standards of quality. As a member of this core team, you will be working with highly competitive and motivated engineers. What you'll be doing:

• Develop and lead AD digital(SIL/HIL) test strategy, and lead the building, development, maintenance, and testing of HIL rigs, supporting verification at system or functional level.
• Develop new test methods for automated testing and design test cases based on function logic and system requirements.
• Support replay and simulation test pipelines, build vital tests, decompose requirements to test plans, drive implementation and real time management of critical test sets.
• Support the release function and generate the vital reports and qualify / approve SW for release.
• Review product/system requirements, develop test matrics, and establish digital KPI evaluation.
• Troubleshooting issues, collaborating with engineers to identify root causes, and contributing to QA process improvements.

What we need to see:

• Strong leader with 2+ years leadership experience on AD product delivery.
• 6+ Experience in AD/ADAS digital or simulation tests with system development life cycle, modern software/hardware/system testing methods.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Technical in nature and be able to zoom in and out of scope as needed from the lowest detail to high level vision of the job.
• Be able to influence and thrive multi-functional teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Proven SIL/HIL test experience for self-development L2/L2++ product delivery.
• Background in developing or using autonomous vehicle simulators and their workflows.
• Experience specifying, developing, or working to Automotive Standards ISO26262, ISO21448.
