Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Specialist P&C Commercial, reporting to Manager P&C Commercial, and responsible for support in partnering with Commercial function leadership teams on strategic organizational plans, fostering an engaged, inclusive, and diverse organization equipped with distinctive capabilities, holding consumer empathy at the heart, innovating with speed, and cultivating a winning culture that also rewards noble failures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Manager P&C Commercial in:

  • Contextualizing and adapting global P&C strategy to unique needs of the Commercial function to drive business success through people levers, collaborating with business leaders on the development of Commercial function strategy, leading people elements.
  • Coaching and advising people managers on key strategic people related matters, as well as other P&C related requests, supporting and navigating them through core employee lifecycles – hiring, onboarding, developing, engaging, rewarding, performing, etc.
  • Deployment of Commercial function talent strategy sustaining a well-developed, diverse pipeline of talent delivering a strong succession for critical positions. Advise line managers to identify, develop, and retain their talents.
  • Building a performance culture with business leaders of Commercial function, fueled by consumer empathy, that rewards achievement of challenging targets as well as noble failures and addresses poor performance. Act as a PMI DNA ambassador.
  • Establishing effective employee/labour relations and constructive two-way communications to mitigate risk and sustain a positive working environment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in business preferably commercial/sales/marketing; HR/ business partnering experience is an advantage.
  • University degree (Business Management/Administration/HR Management).
  • Intermediate+ English.
  • Data literacy, hands-on with MS PowerPoint & Excel, SAP, dashboards, etc.
  • People centric, data driven, business focused & experience led; strategic workforce planning & organizational effectiveness skills are an advantage;
  • General understanding combined with genuine interest in core P&C areas of intervention (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Experience).
