We are seeking an experienced SAP SF Architect with in-depth knowledge and expertise in SuccessFactors to join our team. As an SAP SF Platform Expert, you will have to coordinate, support and enhance the SuccessFactors platform, cloud, MFA and data quality related topics.

You Will

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders, to gather platform requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions. Think of the ‘big picture', considering end-to-end HR IT processes and identify cross-topic dependencies. Drive the SuccessFactors platform topics, user authentication, data quality improvements and implement sustainable solutions.

• Development: Develop and maintain the overall solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession Planning, EC Payroll and Time & attendance. Establishes the SuccessFactors platform framework and develops the related IT architecture roadmap while coordinating between involved experts notably in the change request process.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors and Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements. Support project scope definition, including timeline and budget while ensuring technical feasibility. Support global processes owners in defining technology supported processes and solutions based on new SuccessFactors functions and demand. Translate project tasks into agile processes & Scrum teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and ensure communication flow within the project team and all stakeholders (incl. prepare management presentations). Provide regular updates on project progress, escalate issues or risks, and propose mitigation strategies as needed. Conducts IT market research, provide proposals and prototypes, supports and consults customers.

Your skills

• SAP SF certification is preferred with 5+ years of experience as SAP SF Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, and Succession Planning, EC Payroll and Time & attendance.
• Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems and third-party applications.
• Deep know how, understanding and interest in SuccessFactors platform topics, BTP and Integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
