Our portfolio covers the entire value chain from strategy development to implementation and transformation in the areas of Supply Chain, Value Sourcing, Manufacturing / MRO, Service Operations, and Innovation & Product Development, delivering tangible results on the first attempt. We are strengthening our Operations Specialists team and are looking for high potential candidates on several levels with proven track records to join our team in Germany.

As a (Senior) MANAGER, you will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses to be able to craft suitable recommendations. In addition, you will work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Outside of the projects you take responsibility for the further development of the business unit, IC, solutions, tool development.
