The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) division is seeking a highly motivated and analytical leader to become our FP&A Director to oversee the division responsible for tasks related to financial analysis for planning purposes. The selected candidate will direct the activities of the FP&A team to ensure company strategy is evaluated against appropriate economic models. As an FP&A Director, you will communicate, with extensive knowledge and expertise, the financial ramifications of strategic objectives with senior leadership. We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates decisiveness, independence, and the ability to challenge the status quo. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred, with an MBA or CPA strongly preferred. Also preferred is 10+ years in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or similar field. Prior experience with financial forecasting, data modeling or data science is preferred.
GEICO is seeking a Director to lead part of its Auto finance FP&A function, responsible for working closely with key business partners to improve management decisions by providing actionable insights and analysis. Development of financial planning, modeling, reporting and analysis in support of executive management. This individual must possess strong analytical and communication skills as well as experience in insurance.
