About the Role

In this role you will be a part of the marketing department with a focus on the production of web, advertising and other brand media. Your goal is to create impactful, targeted creative that resonates with the audience and brand each season.

What You'll Do

  • Produce integrated marketing materials for brand including print, digital, social
  • Compile quantitative reports to show campaign success rates and opportunities
  • Execute production timelines keeping inline with budget and brand vision
  • Use established tools and procedures to identify, organize and categorize information
  • Exchange job related information to provide routine support on an ongoing basis
  • Learn and master Old Navy’s sample tracking programs and processes - both digital and physical
  • Learn and master Old Navy’s sample tracking programs and processes - both digital and physical
  • Become familiar with Old Navy seasonal product lifecycles
  • Keep samples organized and maintain records tracking receipt information
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Support needs of product photography and product copy teams, ensuring samples are received on time
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to traffic sample requests
  • Clearly communicate status of sample requests - tracking arrivals and delays

Who You Are

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Physically manage, transport, maneuver boxed and individual samples at large scale
  • Strong attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to learn new software/programs
  • Comfortable working autonomously and independently 
  • Experience in deadline-driven and project driving tasks

2) Minimum educational level:

  • Bachelor of Arts preferred, HS Diploma ok

3) Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience with data entry
