I am Robert Ljunggren and I lead a team of talented and customer focused consultants. Right now, we are looking for a System specialist / Technical Project Manager that will work close with our customers to help them to get the best possible solution for seamless customer meetings and smart conversations using our CCaaS platform Telia ACE. We are the market makers in Sweden offering CCaaS solutions to some of the largest organizations and businesses in Sweden and the Nordics. You will work with both existing and new customers regarding high and low technical questions and configurations. You will work independently with technical configurations as well as together with colleagues in a project, often having the technical lead. You make sure that the configuration meets customer’s requirements, both functional and design specifications.

Is this you?

You might have been working as a developer or have experience of technical configuration and possibly of technical project management. You have a relevant university degree in systems science or equivalent but most important is that you have a talent for learning technical systems and to handle technical challenges. You have a good understanding of what it takes to make an enterprise customer satisfied. You are a good communicator and a team player.

Since you will be communicating with many stakeholders, both externally and internally within the Telia Group, unrestricted communication in English and Swedish is a requirement both in speech and in writing.

  • A problem solver, you are challenged by questions that are waiting for their answers
  • Positive, you see possibilities instead of problems and contribute to a positive environment
  • Trustworthy, you instill confidence in customers and colleagues

Your experience:

  • Experience of development or configuration of technical systems
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience after graduation
  • Unrestricted communication in Swedish and English both in speech and in writing
  • Previous knowledge Contact Center systems is an advantage
  • Experience in Javascript, Networking and VoIP is nice to have
