Implement the requirements of ISO management systems (ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001) in R&D Department, and achieve the targets for Quality, Safety, Environment, as well as Finance. 在研发部落实各个ISO管理体系(ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001)要求，并达到质量、安全、环境以及财务的目标。
Review the resources of R&D Department and plan and manage the budget. 评估研发部的资源，并策划和管理部门的预算。
Develop personnel in the department. Set performance expectations and coach R&D employees to help achieving goals, and finally evaluate the performances. 发展部门内员工。设置工作的期望和目标，辅导研发部员工并帮助他们达成目标，并最终进行业绩评估。
Lead all the activities in R&D Department including but not limited to research and development work and operational work, through developing the strategies of activities, allocating the resources, providing support to team, reviewing progress of R&D work. 通过发展各项工作的策略、分配资源、给团队提供支持、评审研发工作进展等方式，领导研发部内的所有活动，包括但不限于研发工作和日常运营工作。
Report all the deliverables of R&D activities to related functions and senior management of Company. 向公司相关方和高级管理层汇报研发部活动的成果。
任职要求：
Master degree, and Ph.D. is preferred. 硕士研究生，博士研究生优先； Polymer and Organic Chemistry related major. 高分子聚合物、有机化学等相关专业；
Ph.D. with at least 3 years RD experience and Master’s degree with at least 6 years RD experience in Chemical Industry. 博士研究生背景至少具备三年以上（含），硕士研究生背景至少具备六年以上（含）的化工行业研发工作相关经验。
Can communicate with verbal and written English. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, team-orientated individual who can operate independently and as part of a high-performance team. 以使用英语进行流畅的口语和书面交流。理想的候选人将是一个自我激励、以团队为导向的人，既能独立工作，也能作为高绩效团队的一员开展工作。
