This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (must have);
  • An advanced level of English (other languages are a plus)
  • Exemplify a strong attention to detail.
  • Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
  • Present a good legal understanding demonstrated by experience or studies;
  • Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce environment experience would be highly appreciated.
  • Experience in contract management min. 1 year.
  • Paralegal is nice to have.

As a Contract Manager, you will:

  • Review, draft, revise contracts and monitor contract performances.
  • Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages.
  • Prepare metrics on Contract Operations for reporting to management.
  • Will provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with partners to ensure their needs are met.
  • Recommend improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process and ensuring contract accuracy.
