Position: Healthcare Marketing Manager Location: Nashville, TN

This is a "remote" work from home position but could in the future become a Hybrid position located in the Nashville TN area. (No date has been set for this change). All candidates should be local to the Nashville area. 

Summary/Objective 

The Healthcare Marketing Manager will work with the Vice President and Head of Practice for ADEC Healthcare to develop and deliver strategies, content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition in relevant markets.

The objective of the role is to own marketing projects and campaigns that will drive customer acquisition at every stage of the prospect’s journey, from brand awareness down the marketing funnel through to marketing qualified leads.

For this role experience working in the US healthcare market, an understanding of B2B content marketing, messaging strategies and solid writing capabilities are a must. The ideal candidate will have digital marketing experience across a range of channels and solid skills in the following – Developing Video and Graphical Content, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Marketing Optimization, SEO, Social Media ads and Organic Marketing Strategies. We’re looking for a proactive go-getter who will own projects and work collaboratively across teams in a detail- and process-oriented manner.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own marketing deliverables and content calendar for the ADEC Healthcare business unit.
  • Where needed, distil messaging, and define positioning by conducting desk research, working with internal SMEs and business leaders, analysts, and 3rd party insight providers.
  • Work collaboratively with business development teams to create campaigns to support sales priorities and targets.
  • Define campaign scopes, budgets, and timeline parameters for maximum engagement opportunities, provide internal clients and partners with guidance across the process.
  • Write basic content pieces such as blogs, articles, FAQs, and promotional materials such as emails, social media posts and ads. Engage with external writers for in-depth content creation. 
  • Traffic marketing materials and promotional items from inception to copy and design, including proofreading, reviews and finalization of digital files, printing, and shipping.
  • Support social media activities, contributing to content calendar, curation, campaigns, post-development, and scheduling.
  • Plan, roll-out and work with in-house experts to manage integrated marketing campaigns spanning email, Google Ads, social media, SEO, and other digital channel promotion.
  • Report on campaign KPIs and provide recommendations for optimization including A/B testing, targeting, creatives and growth strategies based on analytics.

Supplementary Functions

  • Support the creation of corporate and internal communications that consistently capture brand culture, mission, and values.
  • Work with in-house teams to maintain the relevant websites, make basic real-time edits using WordPress Engine, and work with the wider marketing and development team to manage website content.
  • Work with in-house teams to ensure marketing leads are accurately tracked across necessary systems (we use Pardot and Salesforce). Use reports and dashboards to manage the data quality and leads.
  • Continually gather knowledge of company business areas services and product lines to facilitate marketing leadership and expertise, as well as personal career development.
  • Contribute to event strategy for set BUs identifying relevant event attendance opportunities and supporting event participation, including the creation of branded goods, stands, promotion items and presentations.
  • Seek to advance processes to improve marketing programs.

Skills

  • Able to plan and deliver targeted, industry and persona-based campaigns across the healthcare market.
  • Basic copywriting skills to create blogs, emails, web pages, display ads, social posts etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience within the following – Video and Graphical Content, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Marketing Optimization, SEO, Social Media ads and organic marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of best practices in online marketing techniques.
  • An understanding of Salesforce CRM, Pardot and WP Engine is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to monitor campaign performance and translate analytics into recommendations.
  • Extremely detail-oriented; works well under pressure; effectively manages deadlines, ad hoc requests, and changing priorities; takes the initiative and drives projects to completion.
  • Works well in a team environment and can lead projects from beginning to end.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams at various levels of seniority and within different cultures and geographic regions.

Work Environment

The position currently operates in a home office environment, though occasional travel to the Healthcare BU offices will be required.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or other relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years in marketing, with experience in the healthcare market and/or business process outsourcing industry.
  • Digital communications experience and background.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
