As a Test Automation Engineer you will be responsible for the efficient planning, provisioning, installation/configuration, and operations of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure in a dynamic team environment. The Test Automation Engineer will also be responsible for functional & Non-functional testing, which comprises Automation Framework Development, UI Automation, API Automation, Regression Automation, Security Testing, Performance/Load Testing and Testing Integration with CI/CD.
- Create and Implement Test Automation Strategy and Plan
- Maintain & Manage Test Automation Framework
- Develop and Execute UI Automation using Ranorex and Selenium
- Develop & Execute API Automation using JMeter or SoapUI or Postman
- Build Test Execution on Cloud Environment (AZURE)
- Leverage/Integrate CI/CD tools to UI and API Test Automation
- Build Test Automation in an Agile, fast-paced, DevOps environment
- Define and Manage QA Dashboard and KPIs
- Develop and Execute Performance Test Cases
- Build and Maintain Testing Environments (QA, SIT, PIT)
- Troubleshoot issues in the R&D (Dev & QA) environment and Customer environment
- Create & Update Test artifacts like Strategy, Plan, Release Notes, Status Report, Checklist etc.
- Effectively collaborate with Cross-Functional teams like R&D, Product Management, Cloud Ops, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, IT, BA, QA, M&S, and Management Team
- Leverage JIRA, XRay, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, SharePoint for daily Work Mgmt.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience
- Fulltime Bachelor or Master degree in any stream with a minimum of 60% grade
- Previous experience with Software Development, Test Automation, and Operations
- Experience in programming and scripting -- #C, .Net Core,
- Experience in Manual (Functional) and Test Automation (UI and API)
- Experience in QA Environment setup including Installation, Deployment, Configuration
- Good to have basic knowledge about Networking, Firewall, Linux, IT Infrastructure
