Years of experience: 13+ years
Education: Any IT graduate ( BCA/MCA,BSc/MSc(IT),BE,BTech)
Position Summary/Job Discription
- Drive regular operations maintenance of IT infrastructure applications and database including delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Continuously strive to improve IT operations.
- Provide 24 x 7 infrastructure and application support.
- Drive incident problem change release configuration availability and capacity management with respect to IT Applications Infrastructure
- Drive management of SLAs related to service requests incidents and business processes billing mediation etc.
- Gather requirement from business and assist with creation of solutions to meet operational needs.
- Drive and monitor the Service Help Desk System to ease resolution.
- Deliver user documentation where required Quantify and analyse the service requests and incidents raised.
- Liaise with the business to evaluate reduction of the no of tickets raised Drive creation of standard reports formats where possible.
- Share periodic projects status with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the L3 teams for all IT related activities
- Monitor drive and track the compliance audit process for IT applications in coordination with the IT governance team on aspects on audits.
- Implement and Maintain the global access management and corporate security policies design for end user management.
- Good knowledge on Incident Management, Customer handling & Team management.
- Hands-on technical on the network, datacentre maintenance & end-to-end support.
- Fundamental understanding of the Network Related issues
- Hands-on exp on Audit Functions
- Overseeing network infrastructure and systems functionality
- Managing teams of technicians, system engineers and other IT staff
- Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers
Analyze IT infrastructure needs:
- Application Virtualization, Desktop virtualization and Server virtualization
- Design IT datacentre define compliance criteria. and Manage IT datacentre services and achieve the compliance decided.
- Work with Compliance security team to decide the Needed compliance for the IT infrastructure and define Practices (process and Procedures) to achieve the same.
- Define Best practices for Backup & recovery based on BCP expectation.
- Define the endpoint management services needed plan the tool or services map the compliance standard and maintain the service.
- Evaluate and deploy Endpoint security tools like EDR XDR, DLP.
- Experience in different kind of infrastructure discovery tools with detailed understanding of
- Have a foresight visibility of all the migration risks and issues
