The opportunity

As the operations manager (individual contributor) supporting the ey.com team, the candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery and implementation of the site migration activities in Adobe Experience Manager. The individual will help oversee, plan, and shepherd the end-to-end migration process of thousands of pages to a new platform. This will involve collaborating with numerous workstream owners and teams to schedule, organize and ensure tasks are assigned to appropriate resources to help guide projects to completion in a timely manner. Report overall project and individual site KPI’s to key stakeholders, monitor performance and report throughout the migration process.

Your key responsibilities

  • Effective planning, monitoring and management throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures
  • Drive, motivate, support, and provide direction to a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
  • Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
  • Maintain healthy communication channels internally and externally
  • Run day to day operations, identify potential conflicts or issues and proactively manage project changes
  • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Analyze performance & project data for insights and action
  • Own and manage the project operations dashboard
  • Preparation and delivery of project management reports for senior management

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience working within a complex web environment with global and local branches (with language translations)
  • Familiar working in content management and digital asset management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience managing complex projects that have multiple moving parts. Prior experience individually transitioning large groups of users from one system to another is preferred.
  • An eye for presentation and attention to detail
  • Possess a mindset to learn things and undertake add-on responsibilities
  • Prioritization of workload, agility for quick learning, ability to meet deadlines will be key drivers of success
  • The ability to report on and measure project success by analyzing project data.
  • Dynamic, enterprising, and driven person with ability to lead and inspire
  • Strong communication & presentation skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Managed a large team or experience working with more than 50 members in complex environment
  • Strong project management experience
  • Extensive operations management experience driving efficiency, quality, and timelines

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • PMP certification strongly preferred with In-depth understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent the company in a client facing role
  • The ability to take responsibility for high quality and on-time project deliveries
  • Proven ability to operate within a multi-client engagement
  • Ability to understand and deliver on customer expectations

What we look for 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in using CMS tools such as AEM, WordPress, HubSpot, Joomla
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience in operations and managing a team of 50 and above.
