The Export Local Markets & Travel Retail EMEA team oversees the distribution of Fragrance & Beauty products and Watches & Fine Jewelry in 30+ local markets and across most airports in Europe, Africa & the Middle East. 

Within the Export Marketing Department (Fragrance & Beauty), you supervise the expansion of our Data Capture systems in Local Markets & Travel Retail, building analysis and reporting systems to increase our knowledge of our customers, and implementing the CRM plan that ensues. You report directly to the E-Business & CRM Manager. 

Your mission consists in the following main tasks: 

1. MANAGE THE EXPENSION OF OUR DATA CAPTURE SYSTEMS

  • Be the main coordinator of new Data Collect Systems rollouts, dealing with all stakeholders in Export Team and Europe Region – Business, Retail, Marketing, CRM, App/Product, Data Privacy Office, IT, Training….
  • Make sure all conditions are met to launch the systems in our Distribution – contractual, operational and that all field teams are trained and onboard.
  • Be a support in the run phase of these systems to ensure they are working correctly and develop the necessary corrective actions so that our client recruitment targets are met.

2. BUILD ANALYSIS AND REPORTING SYSTEMS FOR CLIENT KNOWLEDGE

  • Be an advocate for the distinct needs of our area towards Digital & Data Regional internal stakeholders, to ensure they are addressed in their Data, CRM, and Product development roadmaps.
  • Supervise the construction of adequate reporting tools (recruitment performance and client data analysis), considering the specificities of our distribution channels.
  • Perform routine qualitative & quantitative analysis to establish relevant client personas and share them to our internal Business & Marketing stakeholders to nourish their vision and strategy.

3. IMPLEMENT OUR CRM STRATEGY IN LOCAL MARKETS & TRAVEL RETAIL

  • Be knowledgeable of CRM priorities, plan, and opportunities (channels, assets, formats…) as developed by Europe region.
  • Work closely with Export Marketing and Retail Teams to identify the right CRM priorities for the end clients of their respective markets / areas.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Campaign Management Europe teams to make sure the chosen campaigns are prepared to be sent in due date to final customers.
  • Perform routine qualitative & quantitative performance reviews of our CRM campaigns and diffuse it to our internal Business & Marketing stakeholders to nourish their vision and strategy.

PROFILE 

You attended a Business School or Top tier University and justify of 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Client Data Management or Digital Marketing. You have a strong interest in the luxury universe and/or cosmetics. 

You are familiar with Client Data Models, CRM, Data Privacy Regulations and have some knowledge of IT ecosystems. Experience or sensitivity to the Retail environment is a plus.

You have a growth mindset, like building strong business relationships and enjoy performing analytical work to influence future decision-making. As a proactive, organized, and autonomous person, you like working on multiple projects at once, and are comfortable navigating across complex multicultural structures featuring many profiles of interlocutors. 

You are completely English-proficient, French is a plus. You master comfortably MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. PowerBI is a strong plus.
