Team overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to our team in Delft plant. You will report directly to the Quality Manager the Netherlands. The position is suitable for both recent graduates who are interested in quality and those who already have some experience. You will get responsible, challenging and independent work in a multicultural and international work environment in a top company in the cable industry in the Netherlands and internationally. You will get the opportunity to develop and succeed in a leading company in its field.

Your daily duties will include, and You will be responsible on the following:

  • Join daily non-conformity meeting with production.
  • Complete & analyze non-conformity & Right the First Time data
  • Verify administrative work of operators (spot-audits in production)
  • Perform Quick Process Audits in production
  • Lead & participate in quality improvement projects (A3)

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a candidate, who has:

  • Technical background, MBO with experience in industrial environment or relevant HBO without experience
  • Good cooperation and interaction skills.
  • Independent and responsible approach
  • Problem solving and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Dutch speaking or willing to learn
