Recovre’s Principal Consultants lead, support and coach a team of 4 - 6 Rehabilitation Consultants. They ensure customer expectations, quality and financial objectives are met via team performance, maintenance of National Quality standards and developing business opportunities while managing a billable caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Building trust with your client, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
  • Identifying the hurdles to return to work following illness or injury. We collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others
  • Onboarding, upskilling and mentoring
  • Quality management

Day-to-day this might include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace and Ergonomic
  • Case management and reporting
  • Travel to clients, flexible work-from-home and office base
  • Manage the team’s workload and referrals
  • Contribute to ongoing training
  • Participate in industry networks, conferences and seminars
  • Conduct quality audits with the Quality Team

What you need to have: 

You have life-changing skills and are qualified as:

  • Occupational Therapist
  • Physiotherapist
  • Exercise Physiologist
  • Osteopath (post 2016)

To be a Principal Consultant, you’ll also need registration for one of the following:

  • AHPRA
  • ESSA accreditation (AEP)

Recovre’s Principal Consultants have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in demonstrated delivery of Occupational Rehabilitation services.
