Job Description:
- Manages end-to-end campaigns including, but not limited to, conceptualization, execution, and
preparation of post mortem
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving KPIs as well as preparation of management reports
- Recalibrates and/or innovates campaigns based on project performance and data
- Ensures smooth, timely and impactful executions and drives continuous process optimizations
- Collaborates and coordinates across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning,
Business Development, Merchant Operations, Analytics, Brand Marketing and Creatives
- Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a
related field
- Prior experience in fintech and/or e-commerce marketing or campaigns will be a bonus
- Strong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and
stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player
- Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar programs
