The Amazon AIR CX Strategy, Insight and Program team is looking for an analytical and result-oriented Business Analyst who can analyze business decisions; troubleshoot issues, and communicate the findings effectively. We are raising the technical bar of the globally distributed analytics team; providing data expertise, a deep understanding of data fundamentals, and synthesizing very large datasets.

The Senior Business Analyst on the Amazon AIR CX Strategy, Insight and Program team is a thought leader and change agent who focuses on systemic ways that the Amazon Air network can improve its performance and further delight its customers. This position partners with cross-functional business and technical teams using data from internal/external sources to provide actionable insight to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance. This is a high judgment role that requires someone who can operate without structured guidance, navigate ambiguity, and take decisive action when necessary.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
