About the role
Reporting into the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Bar operation with passion and creativity; ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Bar team, working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the beverage menus, controlling costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control and cost control measures, observing and making recommendations for improvement of facilities and equipment where required, being highly visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.
