Backcountry is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to become an integral part of our Corporate IT team in Costa Rica This hybrid (on-site/remote), daytime role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. You will play a critical role in providing hands-on technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and resolving complex network issues that impact daily operations. Your workdays will be diverse, including troubleshooting issues for end-users, managing and configuring computer systems, and promptly addressing helpdesk tickets. This position includes an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks, offering the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills.
